BAND BIOGRAPHY
Little Chino are a 5, 6 or 8 piece rock and pop covers band based in Bedfordshire.
Little Chino are a well rounded and experienced group, who play to a variety of different audiences, which range from weddings, parties, corporate events, outdoor festivals, pubs and clubs, and have even supported 80s pop star Sonia! Previous clients include Blue Arrow, Rexam, The G Casino group and the "Peach Group". The Band has also performed at large charity events, fundraisers and bespoke function arrangements, like the "Old Farm Inn Festival" and "St Georges Summer Ball" in which Little Chino provide all entertainment including DJ Service, all lighting and effects and support acts. For New Years Eve 2016/17 Little Chino were flown to the middle east to perform for Petroleum Development Oman in a most amazing setting.
Covers include:The Killers, Kings Of Leon, Taylor Swift, Lionel Richie, Chic, Kasabian, Tina Turner, Oasis, Stevie Wonder, Rolling Stones, The Kinks, Adele, Bowie and much much more. With a loyal following and lively tunes, you are guaranteed a good night with Little Chino.
All our equipment is PAT tested, we have our own sound and light system and public liability insurance
BAND MEMBERS
Lead Vocals & Tambourine
RICK
Rick has been with Little Chino from the very beginning. As Lead Singer, he takes on quite a lot of responsibility, from fine-tuning the musical arrangements to assisting other bandmates with perfecting their performances.
Lead Guitar & Vocals
JOE
A band wouldn't be complete without its Guitarist, and Little Chino couldn’t have asked for a better one than the talented Joe Monastero. He plays an instrumental role in the success and musical progression of the band.
Drums & Percussion
MARK
Mark is truly a shining star. Crowds always love seeing him in full performance mode, and the band couldn’t be happier to have such an incredible drummer up on stage and in the studio with them. Apart from Sonia, Mark has also supported 80s & 90s pop stars like Jay Aston from Bucks Fizz and Lee Latchford-Evans from Steps!
Bass
GARY
Gary has also been with Little Chino from the very beginning. As bassist he quietly drives the band forward, making a great rhythm section with Mark.
Rhythm Guitar
PAUL
Paul is the steady hand of the rhythm guitar, complementing Joe and locking in with Gary and Mark to round off a tight sound.
Saxophone & Guitar
FRANK
When Little Chino take the six piece band out, they bring along Joe's Dad and full-time Long Riders member, Frank Monastero. Frank often guests with the boys, bringing some much needed sax appeal! Frank also doubles on guitar.
Vocals
FRANKIE & JESS
Frankie and Jess complete the 8 piece line-up for bigger shows and trips abroad. Jess and Frankie not only back up Rick but move the band into fantastic new territory by taking the lead on exciting new songs.
SOME MIGHT SAY ...
Unbelievable gig from the boys and the two ladies. This band rocked the place with some absolute tunes for all ages, the whole pub was rocking. The front man rocks the stage and owns the venue, and the girls give this group a real edge. Everyone was commenting to me just how good the band was and how did I hear about them... Then a guy comes out with a saxophone and literally steals the show! The place erupted when the whole band got into full swing.
Gerry Sheridan
Little Chino were just fantastic at our lower school ball 2016. They engaged the crowd, performed so well and got everyone up dancing. In addition they were a joy to deal with and even helped out before the event started as we were behind time! I'm now trying to think of a party to book them again!

Little chino performed at our wedding on 6.8.16 at the Walled Garden in Luton. They created a fantastic atmosphere and played a great range of music. The guests were thoroughly entertained and the dance floor was always busy. The band interacted with the guests and really got the party started. They worked well with the venue staff and we're professional, punctual and very well organised (which gave me one less thing to worry about). We also liked the way they set up the morning of the wedding as not to disrupt the flow of the evening reception. They gave us a framed copy of our playlist which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. We would highly recommend Little Chino as a wedding band. You will not meet a band more dedicated to giving you the best entertainment and service. Thank you little chino you were amazing!! We are so glad we booked you! Highly recommended!
